Propriétés Hossegor Sotheby’s International Realty is a consulting firm specializing in presentation and transaction of real estate of prestige. We are affiliated with the prestigious and venerable auction house Sotheby's founded in 1744, we represent on the southern Landes coast and the hinterland Landes. Our office is located on the marina.

The real estate department of Sotheby's prestige was founded in 1976 to meet a wealthy and demanding customers across the world. There are now over 450 sales offices in thirty countries.

In France, 36 offices carefully selected for their expertise and know-how by Sotheby's, are located in Ile de France, in Provence on the Côte d'Azur, Languedoc Roussillon, Burgundy, Aquitaine, in Bourbonnais, Savoy, Brittany and Charente Maritime.

Sotheby's International Realty is the first real estate network of prestige in the world. It does not work like a traditional franchise system but rather as an "exclusive club" with criteria for membership of its members very strict.

Management

Frédéric Barbé is the founder, owner and manager of "Propriétés Hossegor Sotheby's International Realty." A lawyer by training, Frédéric is a real estate professional for many years. Frédéric has an impressive track record of prestigious properties sold in the Landes region, mainly on "La Côte Sud des Landes" and its two largest markets such as Hossegor &Capbreton.
Frédéric Barbé also, the Real Estate Expert. He is a member of the Chamber of Real Estate Experts from France - CEIF - FNAIM Paris.
